• explore some models of human consciousness and ways they might support our understanding of paradigm shift (e.g. Spiral Dynamics, complexity theory)

• enjoy support to discover what might be holding you back

• use the NVC Dance Floors for inner work and dialogue practice

• develop ways to maximise your impact

• whilst looking after your own energy
